We just uncovered an electronic copy of the original contract signed in 2004 with TSA. It looks as though it was signed on June 19, 2004. We've included the link to the original document. It's rather long. It's over 200 pages, but it's definitely worth a perusal. We believe that this contract is one of the required yearly renewals on top of the overall encompassing, three year contract that they signed in 2002.
