CAS is threatening those, who called out Kin Care on June 9th and 10th, with disciplinary action unless they produce documentation from a medical provider to validate the circumstances for their absence.
CAS needs to review the California Labor Code and should focus on this part, "Kin Care is protected and may not be “counted against” or used as a basis for disciplining an employee for absenteeism."
Maybe they have the wrong info or are trying to make up their own version of the California Labor Code.
